I thought you were over 40 on initial test and we were on same chart.
I can NOT get the Day 3 of Week 2. My shoulders aren't allowing that many pushups. They burn and sting way before triceps tire out.

Can't get over 20 without rest on last set.
Only did 22 on my first test... could have probably done more, but my son was climbing on me whilst I was doing it. Thought it be better to start a bit lower, and work up.
43 (new test) then 36, 40, 30, 24, 40
Left shoulder is fu*ked though. Did shoulders and back yesterday at the gym, then this today. Chest was that swollen from the pushups it felt like it was going to burst. Got a chest session tomorrow, then more pushups on Wednesday - 19, 19, 22, 22, 18, 18, 22, 45. Will be surprised if I make the 45. Can see me being stuck on this day for a while
