The last thing I'm working on is fighting my addiction to caffeine. I've stopped drinking caffeine for the month of August.. so 5 days now. I only eat fast food once a week now as a kind of reward and I no longer eat after 7pm and drink a lot more water.
After August I'm going to go to 1 soda with a meal per day. I can't wait to start this workout routine though, drop some more weight.
